We only want the best for our dog, as well as yours!! We believe that dogs aren’t just pets; they’re family. My husband, Tim, and I currently have a black lab named Melody. Can I pick up my order?
Yes, there is a local pickup option under the shipping method. An email will be sent once your order is complete and ready for pickup.
Are your treats good for dogs with allergies?
Yes. Specific treats are Grain Free, Gluten Free and Wheat Free which are a few of the most common allergens for dogs. If your dog has a specific allergy, please email me directly.
Will you do special orders?
Sure! Please send us an email letting us know what you’re looking for and if we can do it, we would love to make the day/event special for your BFF!!!
What is the shelf life?
Our treats are oven baked then placed in the dehydrator for 6-8 hours to remove the moisture and create a crunchy dog treat. The best place to store your homemade dog treats are in a cool, dark and dry place. Refrigeration can help extend their shelf life and maintain their freshness for 2 months or longer. If you want to store them long term, keep them in the freezer for up to 8 months
What is your shipping and return policy?
All of our shipping is done through USPS Priority Mail. Since our homemade treats are made in small batches, we typically ship within 2-3 business days after an order is received. A confirmation email will be sent with tracking information.
Sorry we don’t accept returns. If your order is damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order and we will replace the product or issue a refund.
